We are delighted to announce that Andre Barrinha is hosting Duncan B. Hollis' visit to Bath on the 12th February. Duncan is Laura H. Carnell Professor of Law at Temple Law School and co-faculty director of Temple’s Institute for Law, Innovation & Technology (iLIT). His scholarship engages with issues of international law, interpretation, and cybersecurity, with a particular emphasis on treaties, norms, and other forms of international regulation.
