IDSB showcases research impact during MP visit to University of Bath

Wera Hobhouse MP has visited the University of Bath to learn how researchers at the Institute for Digital Security and Behaviour are tackling online harms and improving student safety.

During her visit, she met with IDSB researchers and partners from the Bath Policing Academic Centre of Excellence, who are developing evidence-based approaches to challenges including online abuse, radicalisation, and violence against women and girls. The discussions highlighted how data-driven research and cross-sector collaboration are shaping practical interventions, both online and within local communities.
